Inflatable hot tub?

-
I'd wait until it reaches 220, it will be just right. :D

Well giving the one year review on this hot tub...
So midsummer we started realizing we weren't using it anymore as we did have an extremely hot summer...
Lesson learned on that this next spring will shut it down...
So again we ended up shutting it down and emptying it out cleaning it and just letting it set the second half of the summer.. we refilled it when it started getting a little chilly just a little less than a month ago and it's working fine again...
Honestly at the price if it lasts another winter I think we've got everything for our buck. . If it last any more Winters than that we are definitely going to replace it if anything ever goes wrong...
Anyways the hot tub's reading 104 and I've got to go...
Is it cold up there?

I think the inflatable would be nice. We had an 8 ft x 8 ft fiberglass one for awhile. The first month we used it everyday. The second month a few times a week. The third month once a week. Then once a month. Meanwhile, the electric meter was spinning furiously. The cover was so big my wife couldn’t handle it by herself. We sold it off cheap.

I really like the idea of being able to put it away for awhile when you get bored with it. Thinking about buying one.

I like the square one it kind of seems like it gives you more leg room sitting crisscross and stuff like that. I put two 4x8 sheets of three quarter inch palm down and then got four by eight sheets of half inch plywood and made a surround. I put a little 2-ft doorway in it.. and I got two more three quarter in sheets of insulation from to set over top of it inside that plywood surround that keeps it warm..

Late to the party but my sister recently moved and gifted us her round Coleman hot tub. She used it for 2 years. We set it up on our front covered porch (reinforced of course) and it has been awesome. Keeps stable temp at 102. Manual says not to use under 40 degrees outside temp but she did without issues. We will give it a shot this winter and see what happens. Years ago we had a gifted full sized hot tub and it was unreliable and expensive to run. Very happy with the Coleman after 2 months.

We run ours all winter long and we've had ice storms and so forth of course it's undercover but as long as it's running and circulating there's almost no chance of it freezing at 102 plus. Also we keep like in the picture a little coverage of the pump stays warm as well. I think what they're trying to say is they don't want you to let it freeze and stand still. Ours has to be unlocked every day or else if it goes past a day and a half it will turn off and that's what you got to watch for..
