The reason the shaft orientation doesnt matter is because these are HS W2 rockers , shafts and pedestals . The shafts have slots vs holes so you can flip them and change the offset .

Ok cool I was waitin on you to chime back in. I will say this and I'm done. If they oil through the shafts and you don't have the oiling holes pointing down, you're gonna have a lot of worthless parts. Offset or not, the oil needs to come out of the shafts on the bottom where the loads are highest.
