Growing up there was a bar one village over called " the three sisters"


I dont think I have to tell you what we called it
 
A bunch of us hi-schoolers blasted up there from Winnipeg, back in the 70s, and went for a swim just below the powerstation. The place was abandoned. At least I think it was that place....
In any case, we had a blast sliding down the silky smooth rocks, getting sucked into the undertow, then shot out downstream; what a rush.

I think the place you’re thinking about is the Old Piniwa dam that became redundant after they built seven sisters power dam. And f... ya that’s a lot of fun.
