were your cam bearings all lined up? Didnt see if you changed those. If your getting any oil with a pre-ube speed, your gonna get a lot more at idle.

I just ordered a bullet hyd roller from Ruben,through Herbert cams and its 2/3 are full groove.
The issue of little to no oil on the spring/beyond the rocker can assist in wearing the guides and heating the pr's . Make sure it pisses the spring n guide. If not...do the vertical nick to bring some oil into the time zone. .or redrill the shafts.
