Those logs don't look bad at all until you get the driver on and find the steering goes right through them....? whats the dimension off the centerline of those? Can probably tell what the early A dim is there. Best thing to do is drop it in ans see where its gonna have to land and start fabbin. Start with flanged U channel for a good base.
