Got oil to passenger side ! Went 10* at a time .

Keep in mind if these are “normal” HS rockers(solid adjuster screw), having “pushrod oiling” will only be lubing the adjuster screw and pushrod.
There is no way for the oil to get from the pushrod to the inside of the rocker.

Unless the rockers have some oiling provisions beyond what is typical for HS, I would want to make sure the std head oiling is functioning 100%.

The W2 Race heads did not come drilled for shaft oiling . They were intended to use pushrod oiling . Ryan Johnson drilled my heads so I could oil the shafts ( for free I might add).
I converted the adjusters to cup style with a oil hole and band . The rockers have galleys feeding the bearings .
