AMD full quarter panel issue

I had that same issue with both quarters on my car. What I saw was that the unwanted body line should have been the actual break where the quarter turned under the rocker. I cut that pie shape piece out and welded the bottom back on and mine fit perfect then. Had to do a lot of small mods to these quarters to make them like the originals. They are far from perfect but thank goodness they offer them.

Your definitely right, and i just fixed mine today but i gave it a shot without cutting, i figured out the top most line was actually in the right spot and the one to keep, so i "very carefully" hammered out the lower line and put the hole quarter in my brake and bent the upper line sharper, the flange for the pinch weld ended up being in the correct location so i didnt need to remove any metal, just needed a helper to hold the quarter up in the metal brake, still needs some tweeks but its good enough for tonight
