Heading to the court house now. Spent the morning talking with my lawyer and prepping but still feel like im walking into the OK Corral.

Exhaust manifold on my plow truck is done. And then next one showed up. Bmw for a cv axle. Hope i dont regret accepting this one.

Tempacher has actually gone down since daybreak. Rain has been steady since before 06:00. We now have a flasher warning. Radar says that burn area southeast of here is getting drenched. Looks to me like the clouds are lifting to signify the end of the rain is near. There goes a firetruck with lights and sirens  someone on PCH probably found their way into a road ditch :realcrazy:.

Not a drop here...

Beautiful day here today. Warm at 77 deg, but a front will pass through tonight bringing cooler weather later this week.

Cleared junk around shed and organized inside - good thru Winter. Grass mowed. Time to get ready for (paid) work...

The cold front came through here yesterday.
48 at noon today with a light north wind. Think I'll put mowing off for a day.
Got a pile of nice limestone waiting to be set.
Hopefully they get after it this afternoon.

And i regret it.
Yup. And abs has a whack of codes. Yes just put in the sensor while wheel is off. Wrong side.

Well since we moved in we've had a cat hanging around. She is a friendly one and very vocal.
We checked with neighbors and no one seems to know who she belongs to.
She has a flea collar and very well groomed. She's been seen in the neighborhood for over a year which means she survived the two weeks of -20 last February.
Cheryl started giving it a little food and water so now she is always around. No we don't want a cat.
The town vet is a couple miles away. I'm going to snap a pic and go by and see if they recognize her.
If not I'll check with people further up the road. If no one claims her, I'll take her into the shelter before winter hits.
No we are going to travel and we both agreed we don't want a pet right now.
Just make sure it's a no kill shelter, otherwise just leave it where it is. Over a year alone it can fend for itself.

I been to Cafe Du Monde in N.O. at midnight, after seeing Richard Thompson at the Hard Rock. There were beignets. And, really, so-so coffee...

Where was i?oh, bmw fixed and a trip to scan a nissan after it collided with a deer. Looks like it will be a write off. Then buddy starts off with the covid stuff. I stopped him in his tracks. We arent going there, change subject.
He was a little shocked. Nope. Its about to start costing friendships…
