Looking for stainless replacement valves for 340

I have used them numerous times.
They have single lock grooves.

5.01” long SBC valves work as well, but the tip heights will end up .030-.040 higher.

I think that's what I ended up with. The machine shop had to shim the heck out of the springs to get them into spec and I had to jack up the rocker shafts to get them where they needed to be. "If I ever take it apart I'll straighten it out" I'm sure you have heard that before. LOL
