There are people that are compelled to beat up a seller on the price even when it is reasonable.
I'm not like that.
I like to whip out the cash and pay a fair price. The seller is happy and I am happy.
You dudes that always try to offer less ... annoy everyone else, you really do.
The seller may then be compelled to jack up their asking prices to anticipate another broke dick like you.
If the price is fair, be fair and pay it.
