As for the jerk salesman, contact the owner or marketing contact and tell them. Salesmen are just given the talking points and if he has trouble going off script, he needs more training or an attitude adjustment. Salesmen are a dime a dozen and some are better looking that others.....just look at grads with marketing degrees, most are hot women who can read the same script and are usually more approachable than a man. All can be taught the function of their product.
