I worked for mother mopar 17 years ,was Dr. In house for transmissions , stoped repairing them and ordered new ones in a box because for some strange reason the internals started being 70% of new ones , and the second year apprentice was making more than me doing brakes , I asked for a raise was told to work harder to make more money , weird how the 70% rule came into play after that:thankyou:
