Hope I do not jinx them!

I have always wanted to see a REDSOX vs Braves world Series. Still not happening!

The MLB SUX and I hope my home town team Sticks it to the Astros and thumbs there nose at the MLB In a huge celebration!

Cancel us, And pay the price!!!!!

More Liberal BS that will ultimately Fail!

I love the fact that the commissioner that pulled the Atlanta all star game may have to award the Braves the trophy in th same Atlanta. Poetic justice.

I'm not paying much attention to sports these days...thanks to one of our political parties:rolleyes:
What happened about the All-Star game?

And in Atlanta would be just!!

Hey maybe my Mariners make it to play the braves next year. I think the mlb was idiots to pull the all star game, I sure don't understand why the loud minority gets everything they cry about. I don't mean minorities just to clarify.
Let's go Brandon.
Oh yeah & GO BRAVES, BEAT THE BRAKES OFF THE CHEATERS

What happened about the All-Star game?

After Georgia passed a new election integrity law (not as strict as Colorado's existing law) MLB moved the All Star game from Atlanta to Denver. GO BRAVES!

Pretty bad when we can't just play a simple game. It has to become political and politically correct.

MLB's been suckin for a very long time. They deny the greatest player in the world the hall of fame, Pete Rose. He should have been in the HOF 25 years ago. Many players since him have done much worse and not been banned from the game and some are in the HOF. Whether he hit a popup or base hit, he ran the plate down literally as fast as he could run. Charlie Hustle. I heard him answer an interviewer once who asked him why he did that. He said, "how do you know the guy will catch the pop fly"? "If I am giving it 100% and he drops the ball, I'm on base". I also loved his batting advice. He gave just three pieces of advice. Stand with a WIDE stance for good stability, crouch as low as possible to shorten the strike zone, and lastly, keep both feet ON THE GROUND. You watch these players nowadays. Look at how stupid a lot of them swing. Almost all of them lift a foot right before they swing. I guess they think they're getting some more power, when in reality, they're throwing themselves off balance. Pete is a little guy and he could outplay the best of the best in the day. He was the best to ever hold a bat. Nobody will ever be as good and he did it all without steroids or enhancing drugs and things of that nature.

Sorry the greatest to ever play was Babe Ruth..but your right Pete belongs in the H.O.F....GO BRAVES!!!

Ruth wouldn't stand a chance with modern pitchers. GO BRAVES

Oh please back when Ruth played pitchers didn't throw nearly as hard as they do now that was all him knocking those balls out.nowadays half a swing will get ya a h.r.,and before he was the GREATEST hitter he was a very good pitcher these guys are all soft, compared to the players of his era!!!

Greatest to ever play MLB was Willie Mays, with apologies to Roberto Clemente (perhaps the greatest human being to ever play the game), the Mick, and Stan Musial. Rose deserves to be in the hall along with Bonds and Clemens. There are juicers already in the hall, so that door is open.

Now, greatest to ever play professional baseball. There are arguments that Josh Gibson was the greatest of them all...

Hey Asshos, it's not so easy to win the World Series without your trash can, is it? Cheatin' mofos.
I'm happy for the Braves. I was hoping they would clinch it out at home, so the fans could celebrate with them at the ballpark. But it's hard to not enjoy how miserable the Houston fans are.

It is truly a shame this blow out in game 6 did not happen in Atlanta!

I am still pleased that my home town got the victory but even more pissed that politics works it way into sports!

Is there anything sacred anymore? Baseball was the USA'S pastime but not sure anymore!

Oh I don't know. I think it's kinda cool Houston got their noses rubbed in it in their home stadium. lol

I'd love to see them both play in their heydays. I hate to have to live on the difference.

I remember seeing Pete play. Not in the top 10 to ever play, but #1 for outworking and outplaying everybody, every single day. I wouldn't even put him in the top 10 in the 1960s and 1970s. Ruth was a special kind of player, but he never had to face all of the best playing at the time. I'd love to see a matchup between Ruth in his prime and Satchell Paige in his. Might be the most entertaining at bat since John Kruk faced Randy Johnson in the All Star game...

I wish I could've seen Griffey Jr vs Nolan Ryan

I remember that, it was hysterical. Kruk put his helmet on backwards and got in the right handed batter's box after seeing that fastball from the lefty Johnson.
