I was lucky to have found this motor, it was a rare fine. I had all of the machine shop work done first.
I already knew I wasn't going to boost, because I was going with the 6 pack.
When the shop called and said everything checked out fine,
I use the set up that was there and the parts they had recommended for the build I wanted.
The 1970 340 block came with......steel forged crank......T/A heads and valvetrain......4.04 standard bore block......
for the tidy sum of $800.00.....Priceless Smiles For Miles, and a lot of black lines====
