I have to defend the younger generation too. I teach automotive technology to juniors and seniors from 14 local high schools in SWMO. There is still a massive amount of love, respect, and desire for classics of all variety. The biggest problem is availability. How are these kids supposed to find these cars, let alone afford them. I was reduced to driving Novas and Mustangs for years due to not being able to swing a Mopar. So, like RRR, I can appreciate and respect a kid building a Honda or Mazda because at least they’re interested in cars and hot rodding, even if they’re version of the hobby looks (and sounds) different.
