Dang!! I wish I would’ve thought to add tie down rings to my HDK before I had it powder coated! Oh well… it’s only been on a trailer twice in the past 8 years.
The cross tie down brackets are now a standard feature on all HDK K-frames. The brackets are free to all HDK customers, regardless of where and when purchased. Simply provide a picture of your HDK (e-mail or text) and pay shipping ($10 continental USA). Each bracket have two location tabs that will need to be removed (sanded off) for a retro-fit. Major credit cards and pay-pal accepted for the shipping ($10).
