Lately i have seen a bunch of pistons and i started to notice that many have sharp edges on the face and even some have stampings etc.
Wouldn't these sharp edges cause hot spots that might incourage detonation?
It seems like a simple rounding over of the sharps and a smoothing of the stampings could help prevent detonation.
Thoughts???
