Dual Scoop Holes

Use a 4 inch hole punch. Just like the factory did. I used it on the Duster hood works perfect. The rubbers are upside down,I was checking to see the fitment due to them being on the body line. Note, No damage at all to the hood on the body line. You can buy just the 4 inch die and use a nut and bolt to pull them together. Very clean hole when done. We use ours in many places for floor and firewall plugs. Bought both large and small Dia. kits. Google Hydraulic hole punch many come up for less money. The one I have will steel also

So aren't those installed upside down. Based on this thread the taller part is supposed to be up to block water from coming in. As for my progress, things changed and the car is in the body shop now so hes going to drill the holes out for me before he paints the hood.
