Making progress on my Demon

I bought the Auto Meter copper tubing and run it through the windshield washer hose hole at the top of the firewall. I attached mine with three heavy duty zip ties and pulled them tight. It is anchored down fairly rigid. The supplied light that comes with the gauge doesn't put out much light. I wish they made the Sport Comp 2 fuel gauge in a liquid filled version. I had to get the standard Pro Comp to get a liquid filled gauge. My tach and my oil pressure, temperature and voltage gauges all are Sport Comp 2 gauges and all have bright LED lights, very easy to see and read at night.
You are sure correct - the lighting is below par for an AutoMeter gauge. Gauge lighting may be a winter project for me as none of mine are great.
