A toast to all of our fallen brethren on this Veteran's Day.
We all get busy with life and take for granted the sacrifices vets have made.

Naw, that's what Memorial Day is for.
I honor those who walk Fiddlers Green on that day.
Veterans Day is for the living, and I, for one, plan to buy a round or two for my fellow vets tonight!

I had my black veteran cap on top of my head this morning, signing in at one of the local Pick-N-Pull's that i go to on occasion.
When signing in, one employee behind the counter gave me a very enthusiastic "thank you for your service" greeting.
My usual reply is, "thank's a lot, but it was 40-50 years ago that i was in the Air Force."
Usual reply to that is, doesn't matter, you served.
That's true, appreciate their commenting on the service time.
