Header shipping paint removal??

Best to get them sand blasted if you want a nice appearance. I'm going through the same thing. Found a local who will blast them for 60.00 when his does his next job. Otherwise 125.00 if he does mine alone. I'll wait and save $.

yep, i get a mate to blast mine either when fitting new or when i've made headers for a swap. then i hang them collector down and stick my heat gun in the collector all the time i'm painting them so all the tubes are hot and bake the paint on as it's applied.
