Small bolt pattern 8.25
So I pick up a 72 duster and it had 5.5 bolt wheels on it got to looking and found it’s a 8.25 rear end but when I pulled of wheels it had an adapter on it and it is small pattern I thought all 8.25 where big pattern. So my question is can I change axels and drums
