We are down to final 8 cars in Stock Eliminator at
NHRA World Finals. If you are attending stop by
and visit! Little Red 340 Demon running 10's
@120 MPH Plus!

You should be running a 360 he would be faster LOL:icon_fU:come get some!
 
My boy Jon is now down to Final 8 in Superstock in
his Pink 71 Duster 340 SS/KA = Low 10's near 130 MPH.
He was .004 last round to beat a very fast Ford Mustang Cobra!

Mopar Garage has been at the track this week doing
a feature article on him that will appear soon in an issue Mopar Garage.

I am racing this coming years Champion for the Mid West Division =
Randi Shipp (Bo Butner's Girl Friend) in the next round. She will
definitely be the favorite in her 67 Firebird 400.

Jon goes on to Sunday Afternoon and last 4 cars in Superstock!
Finals should be on Fox Sports TV.
Jon is last Mopar standing yet again!

Me: I am done til next year!
Getting down to the last 8 racers
against a lot of the world best is
not a bad year for a 70 something guy who
drives like Mr Magoo!

John thank you SOOOO much for having me in your pit helping out yesterday. I've been going to pomona on and off for the last 46 years but being a part of it words don't come close on how i feel about yesterday Especially being able to be there when jon won his last race by a thou.that was so much fun with your permission ill post some pics.

My son Jon in the Pink 71 Duster 340 SS/KA is down to the Final 4 cars
today. We have two rounds to go to win NHRA world finals Super Stock!
Last Mopar standing in the race against the detested Bow Tie Boys!

Jon faces off against Jimmy DeFrank multiple world championships in both Stock
and Super Stock in the Semis. Jon has had a winning record against him last
couple years BUT we are biting our fingernails! I understand the Finals will be on Fox Sports later today.

Last year in Feb. before the COVID stopped all the National faces Jon got
to the finals = He had the better light and the upper hand against another
world champion Brad Burton and had a brake caliber freeze up about 50
feet from the finish. We would sure like to win a National race while I
am still healthy enough to race!
