Is this (whale) video "real?"

-
I would say it's real. Just a whale investigating a paddleboater

i have been around my fair share of whales of all different kinds and never came across an aggressive one .

Most whales/dolphins are very intelligent, and can be curious.

With all the fancy editors out there I don't know WTF??

Del I had two whales check me out where one slowly surfaced on each side of my boat (16 foot aluminum bayrunner) and just stare at me.
Their eyes look small until you are 15 feet from one.
They are actually about the size of a softball.
I told them I hoped I wasn’t intruding on their space.
I talked to them for 2-3 minutes before the both slowly submerged and went on their way.
Wouldn’t surprise me one bit that they would toy with something a bit.
Probably thought it was a baby boat. :D

Right Whales are pretty rare but the water looks right. They got lucky and good on 'em! A scientist would be able to ID those from this video.
Man I'd kill for a drone or just a camera when all the crazy wildlife stuff happens. My first year working in Forks, the harvest manager took me out salmon fishing to the Rock Pile. We limited out just after the sun came up and on the way back in a pod of Killer Whales came in to chase the herring ball our fish were after. Two young ones breeched in our wake. I bought a boat the following week. Nothing quite as cool has ever happened since but I'm still watching the horizon....

If that is not "faked" it is certainly a moving sight!! I'm aware that such animals have done similar things.
