this is kind of what I was thinking. Also, there could be a slippage if the clutch packs are all worn. Also, gaining a tenth on a 8.2 in the 1/8 isn't all that hard. Now if I was trying to go from 6.2's to 5.99, then I need a bit more "out in front" travel... LOL
