Have the 742 carrier, it prob does have high 2 something gears as it’s a standard 65 Newport. I have not taken the carrier off to officially check the ratio. Original metal ID tag is long gone. Used the tire spinning test to tell that is is not a Sure Grip. Does any vendor make new Sure Grip parts for the addition?
