Are you refering to the upper edge of the lobe with the red arrow refrence in the picture? The roller doesn't contact there. If it looks like this insted, then you got problems. View attachment 1715821918
OP, call the cam grinder, but I bet you can run that til the cows come home. The cams are forged and not machined from billets, it'll be rough in places. Check for loose bits and carry on.
