What fuel pump block off plate will work in a 70 up LA timing cover ?

Any 2 hole diamond shaped plate will work.

Get a fuel pump gasket, trace it on a piece of sheet metal, make your own......easiy-peazy
 
Grab an old heat sink off a computer: shape and drill 2 holes in it. Looks trick!
