It will fit, just puts the steering wheel closer to you which may not be the best thing....I ran an e-body one on my 74 Satellite till I could find the right adapter
The top end of the columns are the same for A, B and E so it does fit 1970 and up columns. Just to tall for A and B bodies.

According to this thread, it only moves it about an inch closer.

I have both so I can check but I think it is more like 2".
This is my favorite wheel next to the Tuff wheel. I have fast ratio manual steering in my dart so no Tuff wheel in there.
The A/B adapter is being made for around 160.00 and good used ones are out there for around 100.00
