Well then a shop will eat itself. Literally. Everybody wants to find the Pink Unicorn. And more than less employers will walk away from an Apprentice thinking their answer is getting ready to call.
I have been on all sides of that conversation. It's literally picking your lane and holding to it hoping things work out.
