I have a couple questions about my 70 Swinger.
Are these the correct seat belt buckles for a 70 Swinger?

Which dash panel screws are correct? The silver one or the black one?

The dash screws should be black, they are unique for the bezel, I don’t have a picture right now but can get one later if nobody else chimes in.

The seat belts...those might be 1971 style? My old FM3 1970 Dart had a bench seat and had black metal buckles that opened up to release, no button.

I think the buckles are 71 too, from what I remember I think I had these type of buckles in my 71 Cuda
 
Not saying black isn't correct but my dash screws are silver. I do believe the dash has been out many times. My 70 bench seat has the shoulder belt and lap belt ,buckles are silver and dont look like the pics. also there are two buckles, one for the lap one for the shoulder belt.
 
let me ask you guys this, what color is the metal trim that the top of the door panels go into? Mine are black. My buckles also look like that dunno what I was thinking earlier.
 
I thought 69 was the last year for the other style seat belts. Maybe it was a mid 70 change.
