Speedmaster vs Edelbrock air gap intakes

i suspect different combo’s will react differently.
I know the guys who took that 477 horse 318 to the enginemasters competition didnt leave 30 horse on the table by running that crosswinds instead of an eddie airgap, otherwise, they would have ran the eddie on it.Extremely sharp guys. Extremely sharp.
Pretty trick and scienced out mill.
It may vary combo to combo. No argument there, but I consider my R&D guys to be pretty sharp as well. I stood right there and watched the dyno runs. I would have had no issues using the prof products because it eliminates the goofy hose angle, AND it works on LA and Mag. In fact I wanted to use it for that reason, not to mention cost, but at a 30 horse scrub, we decided the edelbrock was worth it. I have no skin in what anyone here does, just sharing my experience. Those that know me know I'm a pretty honest guy. Those that don't, well I guess my words are worth what ya paid for them :p lol
