Death's a *****, but part of the reason people are freaking out over a 2% death rate is because society is so disconnected from one of the three things that unites all of us.
Those folks were going to die some day, any way, and a huge percentage of them were not soccer stars anymore. You can die getting out of bed, and it's probably best to accept it and appreciate life instead of living in fear of death.
