I've heard several success stories like that. They're out there, you just never know what any new stock will do until the train has left the station and it's too expensive to buy and realize that massive return. A few of my friends invest pretty heavily in crypto, but they're also watching the market several times a day and constantly reading the news. I don't have the time or attention span for that, which is why I like ETFs.
