For one thing you don’t have a complete PS bracket set up. There is another triangular plate with 3 bolt holes that goes right behind the outer bracket. Als there is a spacer that goes on that lower bolt between the two outer brackets and the rear bracket. The Altenator goes on the outer groove and around the water pump pulley. The PS belt goes on the outer groove and runs from the crank pulley to the PS pump only.
