Think about this

I'm 68, in excellent health (praise unowho), and don't have a phone. I still have 12 years left in the Promise, so maybe I'll get a phone when I approach 80.
I'm not a recluse but not interested hearing the same old stories from friends or relatives, nor retelling mine. For me, the past is history, I don't need to go there. I am charging into my future.
I unplugged my TV umteen years ago, and the stereo the following year. If you come to my house, the conversation will quickly turn to Bible-study. If you don't like it, don't come. I'm OK with that.
Death can be ugly, dying can be uglier.
From what I have seen, when my kind dies, one day he just quits breathing, or his heart just stops, which is how I expect myself to go to be with my ancestors. Don't think we have any say in it? Well believe what you want then..... and I will believe what I have read in the Book with the red-letters in it.
What was the purpose of this post? To help comfort the OP? All I see all the way through is I, me, I, me.........just an observation.
