Kurt Cobain a Mopar fan? Thats right!

One could easily argue that experimenting with drugs on that level, a person knowingly takes the risk of killing ones self from the drug or from the mental health that comes from doing the drug. If you think just because someone dies from a drug or shotgun that they are crap, then I hope you dont like the multitude of musical talent that drugs and mental health has killed....oh and BTW alcohol is a drug. It takes a lot of sadness and feelings of having no way out to pull the trigger on yourself. You are lucky that depression hasnt affected you this way. Remember, before you say that you have been clinically depressed and went into a hospital and beat depression but you live with it everyday and on and on and on......you, are still alive. And thank goodness, because our day would not be the same without you rattling on some negative shite about how you dislike someone.

I, obviously like Nirvana. Mic drop.

I have always said that someone who commits Suicide is the bravest of them all. You take away all that you had and anything that you will ever had. The one's who tried and failed, they had too much yellow running down their back in which that's a good thing. They lived to see another day....

Some sources say he owned a 63 valiant and other sources say he owned a 65 dart 4 door.

The popular opinion is that he owned a 65 dart, this particular 65 dart

Having dealt with suicide on my firefighter 33 year career, I learned to look at it differently. You never know what demons another person is dealing with!

I'd have to disagree
Suicide is a cowards way out

And you are just about sure to ruin the life of the person who finds you afterwards

You may be right. I’ve probably found 20-25 people after they committed suicide. Maybe my life is ruined.

I don’t think suicide is the way out, but it’s pretty narrow minded to paint every person that’s ever attempted or committed suicide with the same brush.

Depression and other mental anxieties are no joking matter. We should feel pity or sympathy for those that felt that suicide was there only option, not disgust or hate.

I had a good friend commit suicide. Never have figured out why. He was a good man with a good wife. Son was a police officer. He taught at a college through the week and Sunday school on the weekend. Wife worked for a daycare taking care of children. He didn’t drink, smoke or do drugs. He was always kind and generous and a pleasant person to be around.

I have no clue why he killed himself. I don’t know what he felt or was thinking. Sadly, he felt that was his best option.

I question myself and why I didn’t see that there was a problem. I feel sadness for his wife and son. However, I have never once felt anger towards him, or thought of him any less than a good man.

Anybody foolish enough to cast hateful rhetoric and opinion on somebody that has struggled and lost their fight with depression, should really spend some time thinking about others instead of their false sense of machismo and righteousness.

He went into a dark place you can't understand. It won't seem rational because it is an irrational decision. That the case for all suicides. People have their opinions and so be it.

I have always thought the only difference between an Alcoholic and someone who eats a Bullet is one just rips the Band-aid off and the other prefers a slow bleed-out. In the end it's still the same result. Someone has passed before their time or so we think... Crazy world out there....

There is no bravery in suicide.
I’m not calling them a coward either.
They are only thinking of ending their pain. If they would let someone know what they are bothered by, it’s possible they could help or get them help.

I personally have seen this. I’ve lost several relatives to suicide. I’ve lost a nephew, brother in law, and two different cousins lost sons to suicide.
They don’t think of the pain and heart ache they put on the ones they leave behind which stays with them for rest their life’s. If anything it’s kind of a selfish act.

Having really enjoyed Nirvana as a teenager, and then learning about Kurt as an adult....he was a douche. Reverence: lost.

But your assuming everyone contemplating suicide is doing so because of mental pain. Not so I live with back pain that most people would have pulled the trigger already. And there is nothing I can do about it. One botched procedure after another. Back surgery that was a failure. Now do to a heart attack and 6 stints in my heart. I can’t come off of blood thinners long enough to have a nerve block done or another surgery. Yeah it ain’t always mental.

Many of the suicidal people i have spoke to sincerely believe that those they leave behind will be better off without them. So not really a selfish thing.... just saying.

Your right. I guess I was only thinking of the experiences I’ve been privy to.
Sorry if I struck a nerve! I didn’t mean to.
Take care.

That’s their opinion and it isn’t the reality the pain is there ever time you think of them and wish could have help them.
Especially when it’s a mental issue.

he owned two mopars a 65 Dart and a 63 valiant, he would drive 10 miles slower than the speed limit cause he believed hes cars would last longer, also he was living in his 1963 valiant the week Nevermind's debut after coming home from recording the album, all his stuff was in boxes on the curb later that week Nirvana would blow up. Heres a picture of his baby blue valiant his 65 dart was also baby blue as well.

Anybody can own a Mopar, Ford or whatever, it don't always mean they are brand loyal or a car enthusiast, he probably did not see that Dodge or Plymouth like we do. And yes, I never cared for Nirvana. I do like Dave Grohl, he seems like a decent Dude.

That's exactly why 2 people I know did themselves in. One was because of a Back injury and the other was Cancer. One swung from a tree and the other a Shotgun blast. And nobody judged them for it. However the guy who kicked off with the gun did it in a bedroom and his dad found him scattered. It mentally changed his dad from seeing it.

They weren't cowards. One went out his terms and the other just never saw another day without pain. It's why I never cast a stone on someone who ends their life....

It's a lie when people say they haven't had that weird thought.
Casting stones on the dead is not cool. They are dead and someone misses them.
