Many of the suicidal people i have spoke to sincerely believe that those they leave behind will be better off without them. So not really a selfish thing.... just saying.
That’s their opinion and it isn’t the reality the pain is there ever time you think of them and wish could have help them.
Especially when it’s a mental issue.
