And for 2k I could buy a set of Trick Flows and blow your doors off. That fact is I know several Stock and Super Stock racers and they ALL say 5K is the minimum to develop a capable head. And then there is continuing R&D that drives the cost up. I know of a well know head guy that spent 4.5 months on one set of heads for a Super Stock car. Do you think that was 5K? Nope.
