I bought the reverse arm from Shifter Doctor. Of course, it was straight until I attacked it with my little arbor press and a round socket. Not sure of the part number, but they have several lengths of straight arms to choose from. Just get out your tape measure.

looking thru their site, I would not be surprised if the had an adapter to raise the shifter.

I'm getting back to this part of the car today. Im thinking of using rod ends if i have enough room at the shifter fingers/levers. I can't utilize the riser as the shifter is quite close to the bottom of the console already.... I'll have to measure. It would be super dope to run straight rods.
