Nice work! Just FYI didtch that shaft collar they thave a bad reputation for the screw coming out.

I filed a flat spot in the shaft for the set screw, and installed it with locktite 409 . That isnt ever going to fall out with that stuff. Ideally I could put some shrink tube over it as well if need be
