You have to post pictures of the ends of the cam. The numbers you posted are who made the core and what it is.
 
I have a cam with no numbers on it too.

I put it in an block and measured the lift and duration to give me a hint of what cam it might be.


If you don’t have a spare engine block you can use vee blocks on a bench with a degree wheel.
 
Probably factory stockers if there are no stamping s on eathere end; try to get a measurement of lobe lift and go from there.
 
By measuring the base circle & lobe height on an intake lobe, you will get an idea of the lobe lift.

If the lobe lift is 0.300" or higher, it is bigger than a stock cam. The lobe lift doesn't tell you the duration, but it can give some idea of how 'big' it is. If the lobe lift is 0.320" or more, it is a performance cam of some sort.
 
Looks like may be there is a lobe going away.
