Car lift. I made up my mind.

I’m better if I do keep moving. I’ve had a mid back issue for probably 30 years. The more I move the better it feels. Three knee operations on my right knee slow me down some but again I gotta keep moving. CDB oils do help me some.
My body seems to know the difference between exercise and work. I can ride for miles on a bike, and feel better afterward than I did before, but put me in the garage or in the yard working and all it seems to do is beat me down.

I was just thinking this morning that I need to start taking some joint supplements (pun not intended)
