I've lived here for almost 20 years and didn't get the concrete floor and lift until last March. But once you have it, you'll never go back to lying on the ground! :)
(Actually I bought the lift 4 years ago, and it sat in the crate until I had the time, money and a concrete guy all at the same time).
They're handy for storage too :D It's only a 30x40 pole barn that was there when I bought the property. Wanted to put up a 40x60 until I saw what it was going to cost - and that's before steel prices skyrocketed.
