I'm looking for my 73 roadrunner. It was sort of stolen by a friend of a friend back in 189or 81 cannery yelli black interior tag number I beleave was 400 zoom ( no joke ) had 360 2 barrel. Auto pasinger door was brown under door panel . Here story , I was in army stationed at VA . Meanda friend went to my family beach house in sunset harbor NC. , My friend was driving slid into ditch bolt ( don't know what's called ) broke keeping rear end in center of springs on 1 side . Rodger had a 65 Cadillac that needed some work done I had to be back in VA for duty next day so I took Roger ( think it was his name ) he was to fix rear end on my roadrunner I was fix a few things on his car , we was supposed to meet at beach house in 2 weeks I showed up. He dint . 20 years later someone told me day after I whent back to VA he had my car fixed but his mom was in bad car wreck in Rockingham NC and he took off to go there . That's last anyone I know heard of him . It had the word spoky written on both sides of back side windows . ( Was getting reading to paint . If anyone knows or seen please let me know , or tell me how I can find the vin numbers / from restoration , from NC . DMV to see if it's registered some where , I filed I police report but I don't think it was keep on the books after a bit any help be great , thank you
 
Man good luck with that I've been through a lot of that crap in my life if you ever think about looking for something different I have many many projects in my yard and I'm not that far from you... but strictly A bodies available sorry no B's...

Got a 64 dart 170 6 clinger 3 on the tree motor runs greet but go a weird noise to it. I went to check valve clearance but it don't have any adjustable rockers on itt . I think someone changed head at some point and put a hydraulic cam head on it but left the solid lift cam in it I haven't checked numbers on block or head ( not sure how to ) I'm a disabled vet so I'm broke , lol but I've got a good running 3.9 V6 and 5 speed trans out of a 1990 Dakota I've been thinking of putting in it temporary till I can find and rebuild a 273 . But I want to keep the 5 speed for the overdrive

You don't happen to have V8 bell housing do you or a 273 that can be rebuilt
 
Sorry to say, but I don't think you'll EVER find that car, it's probably gone. I hope I'm wrong, but don't get your hopes up finding it. Anyway, welcome to FABO.
