Tornado hits Kentucky

My daughter lives in Lexington Ky and was spared from the devastation by about 70 miles. The destruction was unbelievable. Death toll will be very high, over a 100 people, but search and rescue continues. I know we have a few members here, especially one from Pudach Ky. that was hit very hard. I have read some of his responses because of the proximity to my Family near there. I hope he missed the path of the storm and all is well with him and his Family. Unfortunately I don't know his Name here on the forum.

My in-laws in Bowling Green Ky spared. One street over destroyed. They only suffered loss of trees and gutters. No power. Very blessed. Many others suffering tonight. Prayers sent to all.

Living here in NY on Long Island a few weeks back we had a total of 6 minor tornados that did some damage. I was sitting on the edge not knowing where the next one was going to hit. I had my eyes glued out the window and ready to run down the basement just in case. Luckily we were spared and had no hits. I believe that was a once in a lifetime experience, hopefully, with that many hitting in one day.
