I can agree but that isnt the chocoalte milk he is seeing in his oil, I've seen that on the back of oil caps on daily drivers., i didnt panic and tear into the engine because of that cheese you have there.

Nor did I . .
Treat it as an anomaly.
Take what you have learned here, and observe.
Take the drain plug out after it's sit for a while, see what comes out first .

Fuel contaminated oil is black, thin and reeks of gas.

Do you park it outside, uncovered?
 
OP pressure test it if no leaks change the oil and run it but keep an eye on it. Most common leak would be the head gasket or the intake leaking into the lifter valley, but there are also other possibilities, like a cracked casting which is worse case scenario best to hope that it is condensation IMO..
 
I do think that you have a coolant leak, though not much. Running it with out going out driving to get the oil hot enough to dissipate moisture is crazy. Find your slight coolant leak, fix it. If your not going to drive it, winterize it by fogging the motor with something designed to do that, and stop starting it for 5 minutes every month.
Your fuel is probably bad, should at minimum have fuel stabilizer, all of this is worst case scenario for everything in your engine.

I could see that, especially if the gaskets went on without sealer. Alot of folks think gaskets go on dry...not all of them LOL!

I did put new fuel in it recently so that’s good to go. I’ll stop running it. Plan is to head over tomorrow and pour some in a cup and go from there.

I’m going to let it separate and see how bad it looks. I’m trailering it to a shop for an alignment and exhaust. Its about a 15 minute drive home so I might drive home from there if the oil doesn’t look too bad.

Poured some into a jar today and it looks green. I’ll let it sit until Friday or Saturday and check it out. The green is odd though because the radiator is full of water.

At this point I would take a sample and send it in to get it analyzed. Then every time you do an oil cage send off a sample. Cheap enough that you can keep a log of your engine oil.

It doesn't look good, but being it's been so long. I'd do an oil change with some cheaper oil. Start up and let the engine warm up and check it to see what it looks like. If it looks the same than you know you have an issue.

I was going to drive it and let the oil heat up. But with fresh oil in it I’m not sure if that would be necessary.
 
Basically if you start an engine it should be run up to temp and driven.
 
Before you put new oil in it, consider leaving the plug out, with a tray under it, - , note on the steering wheel "no oil".
Pressurize the cooling system, overnite anyway .
If it's got a coolant leak, coolant will leak into the tray without contaminating the oil .

There is barely any antifreeze in the system. Most of it is what which is odd. I did notice the Penn oil had a strange color when it was going it but it didn’t look like that.

I am taking this to mean barely any anti freeze in the cooling system? If so its going somewhere it doesn't evaporate like water or whiskey :) get some at wal mart or something, if you want the best deal get the 100% concentrate and mix it 50/50 gets you 2 gallons that way. Premix is a rip off IMO. top off the cooling system, get a pressure tester, you can rent one at a chain parts store like auto zone and do the test. This will tell you if you need to tear the engine down and reseal it. running it will only wipe out bearings and lead to an overheat etc.
 
Do not use tap water, 1st choice is reverse osmosis, 2nd distilled. It matters. I buy premix, unless I can't. Get old style green antifreeze, not the new stuff, it matters too.
Before I knew this, I used GM orange, I had several leaks around my engine. That's when I found out that GM had an issue with it in the beginning.
I had to do a flush, got things under control now after going back to green and using the proper water.
If there are any doubting Thomas's out there, do your home work, check it out.
