Stop in for a cup of coffee

I disagree. Most snappy tools i break is due to something stupid i did.
And no offence to you, but the mac tool guy wouldnt warranty anything. Well, when he showed up every mechanic in town had something waiting for warranty, and werent willing to buy any tools if rep wasnt peplacing broken stuff.
It's been a few years since I dealt with 'the tool truck experience'. (should be a Disney ride, LOL) Never had a problem getting anything replaced. Doesn't matter how many good experiences you have. Customers can be lost over ONE bad one. We had both - and they both knew the other guy was ready to pick up any sale they lost.
