After market is not the correct scoop for a 72. They would be correct for anything you bolt it on. I thought you were stating it was a 72 scoop. Its not even a factory mopar scoop. I didn't know that. I just saw the front was relieved for a 73 and you stated 72. Its a one scoop fits all. Sorry for not realizing it was after market.
