Is the little stand and strap arrangement for the heater hoses also the same for 273 HiPo mills?

That is the one item under my hood that is not factory, may grandfather made it and I kept it (along with the Delrin wing nuts on the battery).

The hose and strap that is with it belong under the heater hoses and act as a spacer to the valve cover.
